- Kerrie Ann Murray Added August 28, 2019★ ★ ★ ★ ★I wouldn't be alive if it wasn't for the Oakey paramedics. It was 6 minutes from the time I rang
000 to them arriving at my unit. Suffering chest, arm and jaw pain I told them my symptoms and I was having a heart attack.
They told me this very calmly and then I went into cardiac arrest. I don't have any memory of what happened after that until I was at Toowoomba hospital.
These 2 initial paramedics saved my life and I am currently trying to find out their names so I can thank them personally.
Paramedics are true life savers.
